Goverdhan Group extensively deals in land consolidation and project approvals. The Group is having the objective of offering land parcels to developers, institutions, industries and investors. The Group has vast exposure in land consolidation and handled acquisition and execution to the tune of 1000 Acres. The Group is active in and around the city of Nagpur, Mumbai and Pune.

The Group also provides value added services to our valued customers viz. land identification, legal assistances and documentation, obtaining permission u/s 89 i.e. non-agriculture permissions (non agriculture diversion), various statutory / government approvals, and lobbying at various governmental offices for approvals etc. Additionally the Group also provides land development activities viz. contouring, land filling, compounding, electrification etc.

The objective of the Group is providing end to end services to its customer in respect of land acquisition activities.
